Chicken Baguette Sandwich

Chicken sandwiches made with a baguette are delicious and can be quick to make for lunch or for dinner. This chicken baguette sandwich is a little bit spicy because of the hot sauce. However, the hot sauce is an optional ingredient for this sandwich. It also has slices of radishes which can give it enough spicy flavor for the sandwich. Here is the recipe for making this baguette sandwich.

Ingredients:

Leftover Chicken
One Baguette Bread
Baby Spinach Leaves
Radishes
Hot Sauce (optional)
Salt (optional)
Onions
Bell Peppers
Mayonnaise
Cooking Butter Spray

Preparation and Sandwich Time:

Using leftover chicken can make it quicker to prepare this sandwich. This leftover chicken has Ginger, Paprika, Ground Mustard, Ground Onion Powder, and Oregano. However, you can cook your chicken in advance and wait for it to cool off before shredding it. Nonetheless, this chicken was cooked with slices of bell peppers and onions. You can add salt which is an optional ingredient for this sandwich.

Begin by shredding the leftover chicken. Then slice one baguette bread in half and in a small eating portion size. After that you can warm the shredded chicken with the bell peppers and onions. Warm the baguette bread in a skillet with butter cooking spray. Next, on a plate, add the warm sliced baguette and spread mayonnaise on it.

Add baby spinach leaves on the baguette. Then add the shredded chicken with the bell peppers and onions. After that wash and slice the radishes. The radishes can be placed on top of the rest of the ingredients or on the side of the baguette sandwich. Lastly add the hot sauce and enjoy eating your chicken baguette sandwich.
