How to Smile More?


Smiling more often is good for the immune system. One way to smile more is by making a list of what makes you smile. Another way is to compliment someone and make them smile. Also, by doing acts of kindness by getting someone a cup of coffee or a meal. Thinking good thoughts about an event or of a loved one will make you smile more. 

Nonetheless, don't be embarrassed to smile at someone. The first Friday of October is World Smile Day. However, every day should be a day to smile more. Take your time to smile at someone and you will give a boost to the other person's mood. Here are more resources for smiling.
