Strawberry Smoothie for your Health


Strawberries are beneficial for your eye health, immune system, and for your blood pressure. Also, strawberries whiten your teeth. Did you know that strawberries have omega 3’s that give a boost to your mood? In addition, strawberries contain vitamin C, vitamin B9, and potassium. Strawberries can be added to your salads, smoothies, and in your yogurt. 

First, wash and cut the strawberries and put inside a blender. Add one cup of milk and a few spoons of greek plain yogurt in the blender with the strawberries. Blend everything for a few minutes.
