National Hot Tea Month in January

January is the finest moment to drink hot tea and to catch up on reading your favorite novel. Today, is the beginning of National Hot Tea Month. It is so easy to make your own tea with tea bags or with loose leaf tea in a tea infuser. Drinking teas are so relaxing and it wakes you up in the morning. Adding citrus fruits, cinnamon, creamer, or honey automatically changes the flavor of any tea.

However, if you want your body to absorb enough antioxidants from tea simply add lemon, orange, or any other sliced citrus fruit. Also, adding berries to your tea will add more antioxidants to your tea. It also creates an enticing aroma which will awaken you in the mornings. Yet, tea must be consumed in moderation.

Here is a list of ways to celebrate National Hot Tea Month during a pandemic.

What your favorite part of the story was?, Who was the character that you admired in the story?
