Thyme Chicken Recipe
Thyme has a distinct
aroma and flavor. It is used on seafood, meat, chicken, and vegetables.
Thyme can be found in the spice aisle at the local market as a dried spice
powder form and naturally as a fresh herb. This spice is added in soups to add
more flavor. It is beneficial for giving healthy support to your immune system.
The best part is that
if you are trying to lower your cholesterol, you can try using this herb in
your meals. Additionally, it fights cancer cells. However, it does not improve
uterine fibroids because it acts like the female hormone, estrogen. Therefore,
consult with your primary doctor before using thyme and other fresh herbs
before any surgical procedure or if you are taking blood thinners. Yet, thyme has
antioxidants and can be found in the form of tea. Below is a chicken recipe using
thyme.
