It helps you concentrate more and retain information that you want to memorize.

However, positive affirmations are about what is occurring in the present moment. In contrast, intentions are what you want to feel and experience in the future.

Yet, you can make a list of intentions each time you meditate or have the list ready for meditating for that day. Intentions are needed to make you feel optimistic. Intention meditation can be done for forty-five minutes or less. Additionally, this form of meditation can help you develop healthy habits and can help you solve some of your dilemmas.   10. I intend to practice kindness. 

The third item that you can do on rainy days is to drink water after meditating. You can have a hot drink after meditating to make you feel warm during a cold rainy day.
