Favorite Teas for Spring



Are you looking for a new flavor tea to try for the Spring season? One of my favorite teas for Spring is Orange Pekoe tea because it strengthens the immune system. Drinking tea during the Spring season might prevent you from getting sick more often because some teas have Vitamin C and combat colds. Another favorite tea of mine is Rose Hip tea. This tea also strengthens the immune system and protects your skin. In addition, Rose Hip tea is full of vitamin C which boosts the immune system and antioxidants. This tea might help with arthritis because it reduces the inflammation. Last, this tea can help with skin flare ups of eczema and with dry skin issues.

Therefore, by trying new flavored teas, you will find that all these teas have healthy benefits that can improve our health. One tea that is good for digestion and for eliminating toxins is Peach Tea. Just like the Rose Hip Tea, this tea has vitamin C, but it is also loaded with potassium. This tea has a soothing and calming scent which can prevent certain cancers. It also helps your heart to produce more electricity, and for maintaining your weight.
