Start your Morning in a Positive Way
Why rush and feel overwhelmed with your daily to do list? Perhaps,
changing your morning routine will help you feel less stressed out. It is
recommended to go to sleep one hour early and to wake up a few minutes earlier.
This will allow you to have some time for yourself. Therefore, you will be able
to feel more relaxed and readier to tackle your to do list.

Other ways to

watching your favorite TV shows. I prefer to watch comedies in the morning.
Laughter helps release endorphins, reduces your stress hormones, and lowers
your blood pressure. A little bit of exercise, gardening, and meditating
outside will boost your mood too. By changing your morning routine, you will
