How to do Meditation while You Travel?


Traveling can be stressful, can be frustrating, and can make you feel jittery.  However, practicing meditation will help you will feel more relaxed and you will enjoy your vacation or your business trip. First, find an area where you can read a book. Reading your favorite book or a new book that you haven't read will keep your mind busy. It will help you forget about your problems. 

Second, you can do counting meditation and be aware of your breathing. Next, you can listen to the new sounds that you come across and see the scenery. Furthermore, you can walk or do a bicycle trip and smell the aroma of the food, the coffee, or flowers in the area. Third, you can be thankful and meditate while you eat.
