How to do Tai Chi?


Tai Chi can be done at home, in a garden, at the beach, or at a park. As long as there is plenty of space to do the movements. There is no need for a mat or other equipment. This meditation in motion can be done barefoot or with flat shoes. Wear loose and comfortable clothes. 

Make sure the pants stay in place and do not fall off.  Wear a long t-shirt. You can wear a sash which is optional.  After that begin, Tai Chi with warm-up exercises such as a short walk, windmill exercise, or touch the sky exercise. Gradually move on to the next movement slowly and be aware of your breathing. 

Tai Chi is usually done in a group or individually. You can play instrumental music to go with your Tai Chi routine. As long as you do not get distracted.  There are one hundred and eight movements to do Tai Chi. Here are more resources about doing Tai Chi.
