July is National Anti-Boredom Month
July is the best time to work on your hobbies and to keep your mind busy. The entire month of July is dedicated to National Anti-Boredom because everyone is on summer break. National Anti-Boredom month was founded by a writer, Alan Caruba who wrote lists. Alan Caruba wrote lists of boring films, television shows, and celebrities in the late 1980s. However, feeling bored can also be part of being depressed.
Yet, having a lack of interest, having fear, and lack of sleep are some of the reasons for being bored. In order to stop feeling bored, change the words " I feel bored" to the words " I am having a fun day." Next, do yoga, sew, paint, or organize your kitchen pantry. If you can not find anything to watch on television, work on crossword puzzles, read, or play cards. Here are more resources about National Anti-Boredom Month.
