World Watercolor Month


Charlie O’Shields is the founder of World Watercolor Month which has made artists around the world to connect and to promote their watercolor artworks. He is also the creator of Doodlewash which is a community for watercolor artists to share their paintings and sketches with watercolors. Also, Doodlewash has charities and art challenges. Watercolors are the perfect medium to paint and to meditate at the same time. Meditating and painting with watercolors help you to feel creative, relaxed, and improves your mood for the entire day.

All you will need are watercolors, paintbrushes, and paper to do mindfulness painting. You can have music while you paint with watercolors while you meditate. However, music is optional.
