National Hot Tea Month

National Hot Tea Month can be celebrated throughout January. Although National Hot Tea Day is on January 12th, you can enjoy a hot cup of tea in the morning, in the afternoon, or the evening anytime in January. You can taste new tea flavors such as Dandelion, Ginger Peach Turmeric tea, or any other tea you have not tried. During National Hot Tea Month, you can make a list of teas you want to taste. Furthermore, you can purchase a tea sampler box to find your favorite tea.

If your friends like to drink tea, you can ask them what their favorite teas are to drink. Drinking tea is a comforting leisure thing to do when it is raining outside. It is a relaxing drink to consume when you are feeling tense during the winter months. Always keep three or four different tea bags with you if your work does not provide hot drinks. You can carry the tea bags in your purse and drink tea during your work break.

Also, keep several tea boxes at home for you, your family, and your friends. Read and be informed about the health benefits of tea. Drink hot tea once or twice a day during your work break. Getting in the habit of drinking tea makes a difference throughout the day. Do not limit yourself to only drinking hot tea.

Try to try Fruit-flavored teas, Spicy teas, Citrus teas, Ceylon teas, or Tea Lattes. Be careful with detox teas. Detox teas make you lose water and temporary weight loss which might make you dehydrate. Do not drink too much detox tea because of the side effects. If you are pregnant, too anxious, or have stomach issues, always consult with your primary doctor before drinking hot tea.

Last, have a tea ceremony at home with your family. Sharing food and having family time can also be a relaxing time with hot tea. Learn the history of how tea originated, learn how to say tea in many languages, and read the phrases in some of the tea tags. Find out how to store your loose-leaf tea so it can stay fresh. Happy National Hot Tea Month!
