No Cheese Chicken Nachos Recipe


Nachos are quick for lunch or dinner especially if you do not want to eat too much. Yet, if you are trying to be careful with your cholesterol, you can omit the cheese from your nachos. Making nachos is not too difficult to make at home. After eating these nachos, you will not miss eating melted cheese. Here is the recipe. 

Ingredients:

1 can of black beans

1 bag of tortilla corn chips 

1 tomato

Tostitos salsa

1 jar of olives with pimentos 

2 bell peppers (red and orange)

1 onion

1 packet of chicken tenderloins or chicken breasts

Lemon and pepper powder

Tajin mild chile and lime powder

Smoked paprika powder 

Garlic cloves

Preparation and Cooking Time:

Open one chicken packet and rinse it. Slice the chicken breasts at a long length or use chicken tenderloins. Add spices. In one skillet, add water to the chicken with the bell peppers. Add garlic using a garlic clove and a garlic press. 

Open one can of beans or make the beans from scratch. Heat the beans in a small pot with the bean broth. After that continue cooking the chicken with onions and bell peppers. Remove the chicken from the broth. Slice the chicken into smaller pieces. 

Remove the beans from the broth. Then, in a bowl, add corn tortilla chips, chicken, bell peppers, onions, olives, and black beans without the broth. Slice a tomato and put the sliced tomatoes in a bowl. Add a few spoons of salsa on top of the nachos. This nachos recipe serves two or three people.
