How to Celebrate National Quiet Day?
National
Quiet Day is on September 11th this year. This day is celebrated every year on
the second Wednesday of September. It is a day to be silent with your thoughts.
Whether it is through meditation, yoga, journaling, or other silent activities;
National Quiet Day makes you feel calm and feel comfortable with your thoughts.
