International Day of Happiness & Keeping Calm


International Day of  Happiness is always celebrated on March 20th. This day can be celebrated anywhere by doing hobbies that you adore. Also, by being kind to yourself and others. This year's theme is to be calm, to be wise, and to be kind. One way to celebrate is by listening to music, dancing to music, and doing karaoke at home.

The second way is by watching your favorite comedy movie or tv series. Laughter reduces your stress level and helps you to stay calm. The third way is by reading a new book and discuss the book with your friend on the telephone.
