To prevent cavities, you must avoid or limit your consumption of sweets.
Drinking water, green tea, and milk can reduce bad breath. Also, breathing
through your nose can prevent bad breath from wearing face masks. Chewing
sugar-free gum will keep your mouth from getting dry.
Make sure you use a clean toothbrush to brush your teeth. Disinfect your toothbrush after brushing your teeth. Soak your toothbrush with hydrogen peroxide or with mouth wash for fifteen minutes. Floss your teeth once or twice a day. Here are more resources
