World Meditation Day at Home
On May 21st, you can celebrate World Meditation Day at home. Begin meditating in the morning with body stretches. Also, you can make a warm breakfast and practice mindful eating. You can practice yoga. However, if you prefer to meditate in the afternoon, a short meditative walk can help you restore your energy.
Write one or two pages in your journal while you drink your favorite tea in the afternoon. But if you prefer to meditate at night, you can do body stretches before going to sleep.
