Peanut Butter Smoothie for Breakfast

One way, to make a smoothie with kefir is with peanut butter.

It makes a delicious cold drink to add to your breakfast. Here is the recipe for making this peanut butter smoothie with kefir. 

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup of Lactaid milk 

1/2 cup of Unsweetened Kefir

Peanut Butter

First, peel a banana and slice the banana. Second, add the banana slices inside the blender. Third, add two or three spoons of peanut butter to the blender.
