Salad with Clover Sprouts


Clover sprouts make a good addition to your salads and sandwiches. Eating clover sprouts provides your body with calcium, iron, and magnesium. Ingredients:

Kale

One English cucumbers

Clover sprouts

One red bell pepper

One or two tomatoes

Olives with pimentos

Salad Dressings

Preparation and Toss the Salad:

Wash and slice the English cucumbers. Wash and remove the seeds from the bell peppers. Wash and slice the tomatoes. After that add the cucumbers, bell peppers, and tomatoes in a bowl with kale leaves. Then, add olives with pimentos and the clover sprouts.

Add the salad dressing to the salad. Toss the salad. This salad serves two or three people. It makes a good side salad for any meal. Enjoy!
