The entire month of September is National Piano Month. Listening to piano music can help you concentrate and can improve your mood. As well as helping you to relax before you fall asleep. Dedicate one month listening to piano music to improve your mental and physical wellness. Listen to piano music with your family for one hour before going to sleep. Another way to celebrate National Piano Month is by attending piano concerts, listening to piano music as you color, or playing piano music as you cook your meals. Learn to play the piano or simply practice music appreciation with piano music. Make a playlist with modern, classical, and jazz piano music.
