Ayurveda
uses natural herbs and spices which can be added to your diet to give your body
energy. It uses your senses, especially in taste, to help your body heal
itself. Vegetables, fruits, legumes, and grains are incorporated into your
diet. However, Ayurveda is personalized and customized for each person
depending on your body type. Everyone has a different body type that
establishes a person’s physical traits, behavior, body response, and
psychological characteristics.
Each
body type has five elements which are water, air, earth, space, and fire. These
five elements create the fundamental principles of our senses. When the body is
feeling stuck, sick, or blocked; Ayurveda can help balance these elements with
our senses of touch, sight, smell, and taste. You can use Ayurveda as a
supplemental approach for your body, mind, and spirit. Before you begin
Ayurveda consult with your doctor.
Add
Ayurveda gradually into your lifestyle. You can begin Ayurveda by eating
mindfully, intermittent fasting, yoga, massage, and using essential oils in
aromatherapy. Ayurveda can also be used for skin care, hair care, and sexual
health. Furthermore, adding Ayurveda to your nutrition can help you with your
digestive system, immune system, and central nervous system. It can help
you with your sleep and improve your mood.

do not know where to begin with Ayurveda, you can add some spices to your food
such as ginger, curry, cumin, rosemary, fenugreek, black pepper, turmeric,
cardamom, fennel, coriander, other herbs. As well as herbal teas.
Each spice used in your nutrition helps balance your body. Another way is by
using essential oils in your bath or shower. Always consult with your
doctor before using essential oils, adding spices to your diet, and doing intermittent fasting.
