Tofu Sandwich
Tofu
sandwiches are easy and quick to make. It makes you feel full and satisfied
after eating it for lunch. You can have a piece of fruit or a side of nuts to
go with your tofu sandwich. In this tofu sandwich recipe, pine nuts were added

Ingredients:
Ground Cardamom
Tarragon
Curry powder
Ground Cumin
Paprika
Garlic granulated.
Ground Ginger
Tofu
Worcestershire
sauce
Extra virgin
olive oil
Pine nuts
Cabbage salad
Cucumbers
Butter Bread
pickles
Light
mayonnaise
Bread
Preparation:
Open one packet
of tofu and drain the water. Use paper towels to dry off the tofu. Cut the tofu
in half. Add the following spices: Cumin, Curry, Garlic, Paprika, Tarragon,
Ginger, and Cardamom. In one skillet add the tofu with olive oil. Then, cook
the tofu and add Worcestershire sauce.
Continue cooking
the tofu. When the tofu is golden brown, turn off the stove. In one plate, use
toasted bread and spread light mayonnaise. Then add slices of cucumbers and
slices of butter bread pickles. After that add leftover cabbage salad.
Next, cut the
tofu into the same size as the bread. Add one slice of tofu on top of the
cabbage. Then add a small bowl to serve the pine nuts on the side. The pine
nuts made a delicious snack with the tofu sandwich. You can serve your tofu
sandwich with tea or with any other hot winter beverage.

also be added to salads, pesto, and lettuce wraps. These nuts are sweet and
