Vegetable Tofu Soup

Preparation and Cooking
Time:
Wash, peel, and cut the
carrots with a knife. Also, you can use carrot sticks to make this soup by
cutting the carrots into cubes. Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes. After that wash,
peel, and cut the butternut squash into smaller pieces. Next, wash and peel the
leaves of the cabbage.
Wash and cut the yellow
squash into small pieces. Begin cooking the vegetables with water in a big cooking
pot. After that use garlic cloves and a garlic presser to add the garlic to the
vegetables. Add the following spices: Curry, Oregano, Rosemary, and Garlic
powder. Then, add salt which is optional. Cook the vegetables until they are
soft and tender.
