Autumn Skin Care

The autumn season might be the best time to change your skincare routine. Also, you might want to add or reduce your skincare products. Before you purchase new skincare products, make sure you read the components. Some ingredients might be too harsh for sensitive or dry skin. Also, if your skincare products have vitamins, it will be a bonus to your skin.

Panthenol is a skin protectant. It will moisturize and hydrate your skin. This ingredient is beneficial for dry sensitive skin. If you have eczema, panthenol is a good ingredient for your skin. Panthenol can be found in lotions besides in shampoos.

Vitamin A helps your skin heal and repair itself. It is an antioxidant. If your skin has redness and inflammation, vitamin A helps reduce it. Another antioxidant is vitamin E. Vitamin E helps reduce dry flakey skin.

Also, vitamin E helps relieve itchy dry skin. Vitamin E is found in oils, lotions, and creams. Another good vitamin to use for your skin is vitamin D. Vitamin D protects the skin and makes your skin feel youthful. Last, applying vitamin D topically may help you with acne.

There are other vitamins as well that can nourish and help your skin to stay hydrated during autumn. Depending on your skin issues, you can consult with your dermatologist about purchasing products with vitamins. Keep in mind that some vitamins in products might not work for your skin type.
