How to do Intuitive Eating?

Intuitive eating helps you to listen to your body. Selecting your food or drinks without having a grocery list is one way to do intuitive eating. Choose the first vegetable, fruit, or dairy product you see in the market. Select the item without thinking about how you would cook it or use it in a meal. Choose your item without thinking about how healthy it is or not healthy. 

Intuitive eating is not like a diet. Instead, intuitive eating helps you to be less restrictive in selecting your foods or drinks. Yet, intuitive eating is not for everyone. There might be some weight gain or some weight loss depending on what you eat. Intuitive eating is not an excuse to overeat or eat junk food every day.

It does not help with emotional eating.  However, it will help you to listen to your stomach when you are hungry and full. Another way to do intuitive eating is by selecting the first food item or drinks from your refrigerator. If you go to a buffet or salad bar, you can also practice intuitive eating. Intuitive eating helps you to eat at the same time every day. 

There are no limits when you practice this eating method. You do not have to use smaller dishes to reduce the amount of food. It is not recommended for people who have heart or sugar issues.
