Chicken Bell Pepper Recipe
Chicken bell peppers are easy to make especially if you use your leftovers. All you will need is leftover chicken, bell peppers, sauce, and leftover side dishes. Make sure you boil the bell peppers for five to ten minutes. Stuffed bell peppers have vitamin A, vitamin C, and iron. Here is the recipe for this stuffed chicken bell pepper.
Ingredients:
Leftover chicken
1 to 2 bell peppers
Leftover cauliflower rice or frozen cauliflower rice
Marinara Sauce
Zucchinis
Preparation and Cooking Time:
Wash and slice the top of the bell peppers. Remove the seeds and rinse the bell peppers. In one small pot, add water and the bell peppers with the bell pepper lids. Turn on the stove and wait for the bell peppers to get soft.
While the bell peppers are cooking, warm up the leftover zucchinis. Slice the zucchinis into smaller pieces. In one skillet, add the zucchinis with marinara sauce. Stir occasionally. Next, warm up the leftover cauliflower rice or microwave the frozen cauliflower rice.
Turn off the stove. Remove the bell peppers with the lids. After that remove the excess water from the bell peppers. On a plate, place the bell pepper. Begin stuffing the bell peppers with the zucchinis and the marinara sauce.
Then, add the cauliflower rice. Add the leftover chicken and place the bell pepper lid on top. Repeat the same steps for the second bell pepper. You can also make these stuffed bell peppers by putting them in the oven. Enjoy!
