Salad with Pistachios
Pistachios

In one bowl, open
the shells of the pistachios and remove the seeds. Place the seeds in a bowl.
Set the shells aside for your garden compost. Next, wash and slice the tomatoes
and cucumbers. Add cabbage salad mixed to one bowl and add the tomatoes with
the cucumbers.
After that add
the sunflower seeds and the pistachios. Mix the salad with your favorite salad
dressing. Last, add slices of green olives with pimentos to the salad.
