World Health Esteem Month

What is World Health Esteem Month? World Health Esteem Month was founded in December of 2022 by the BODi Company to bring an awareness of thinking optimistically now and what one can do to have positive self-esteem. Dedicate some time this month to practice self-acceptance. It also encourages you to change your lifestyle and find ways to improve your self-esteem. As well as not making New Year’s resolutions and changing your mindset positively when you make choices.

It permits you to do things and to make better decisions when planning your meals, planning your exercises, and your plans for taking care of yourself this year. World Health Esteem Month is about feeling good about yourself without forcing yourself to make quick changes in your lifestyle. Additionally, it is about transforming yourself gradually as you build your self-esteem. Practice gratitude and appreciation. Do not self-judge yourself.

Self-esteem can be difficult to build optimistically when there are comparisons, harsh comments, and believing in those comments. Unhappiness also makes it tough to restore your self-esteem due to financial circumstances, a bad breakup, and bad childhood memories. As well as not loving your body's size, shape, your height, and your imperfections. Yet, self-esteem can develop by doing things you are inspired to do. Self-love and body positivity also can be practiced during World Health Esteem Month.

Thinking optimistically and having a cheerful outlook helps tremendously with your self-esteem. It makes you make slight changes in your lifestyle without feeling guilty and without disdain. For example, selecting more vegetables, and fruits, and avoiding junk food is one way to practice a positive mindset. Eating healthier can boost your mood and make you feel good about yourself. Here is a brief list to practice World Health Esteem Month in January.

  1.  Set a schedule for waking up and going to sleep with an alarm clock and a sleep journal.
  2. Wake up when you hear your alarm clock ring one time.
  3. Write in your journal about your day, sleep, or your exercises.
  4. Avoid junk food and select healthier meals.
  5. Prepare your meals ahead of time.
  6. Prepare your bed ahead of time before going to sleep.
  7. Start new creative activities or new sports activities.

World Health Esteem Month unhurriedly makes you feel motivation, encouragement, and love yourself in the present. Avoid too much social media browsing. Moreover, set a schedule to view social media without being self-critical of yourself. Commit to making a change in your lifestyle without being influenced by negative comments. Make a change with acceptance and gratitude.

Use the hashtag "#WorldHealthEsteemMonth," on your social media. Turn off your electronic devices thirty minutes or one hour before going to sleep. Strive to make a change for yourself and do not skip your meals. Do activities to move your body and practice body positivity. Happy World Esteem Month!
