Pineapple and Orange Smoothie


Orange smoothies are so soothing. It is good for your digestion. Every time you drink an orange smoothie, you will have a bowel movement, especially with blueberries. However, you can also have an orange smoothie with pineapples. Here is the recipe for making this pineapple and orange smoothie. 


Ingredients: 


Sliced pineapples.

Two or three oranges

Almond milk

Blender

Orange yogurt or plain yogurt 


Preparation and Smoothie time: 


Peel the oranges and remove the orange slices. Add the orange slices to the blender. After that add milk, yogurt, and sliced pineapples. Blend everything. This smoothie will be creamy and delicious to drink. 

If you use orange-flavored yogurt, there is no need to add sugar. You can also use orange and vanilla yogurt to change the flavor. Orange smoothies make a good afternoon drink. It is beneficial for your immune system. Lastly, it is a relaxing drink while you read your favorite book.
