that the summer season is almost here, it is the best time to make salads. The
entire month of May is dedicated to making salads. There are a variety of ways
to make a nutritional salad for lunch or as a side dish. You can add protein to
your salads such as chicken, hard-boiled eggs, or imitation crab meat. Add a

Radishes

Recipe:
Wash and rinse
the baby spinach leaves. In one salad bowl, add the spinach leaves. Peel and
slice the cucumbers and tomatoes. Slice the celery sticks and the radishes. Add
the sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced radishes, and sliced celery to
the salad bowl.
Then add the
imitation crab meat. Last, add the olives. This salad serves one person. Then
