Vegetable Beef Soup



Vegetable beef soup is so nutritional and keeps you warm during the chilly weather days. Consuming beef will give your body Zinc, B6, and vitamin B12. It is a reliable source of protein. All you need are a few vegetables and a little bit of beef to make this soup. Here is a simple recipe to make this vegetable beef soup. 

Ingredients:

Spices:

Lemon and Pepper

Basil

Tajin with Lime Classic Seasoning

Curry

Ginger

One Lemon

One package of sirloin steak

Garlic Cloves

Vegetables:

Cauliflower

Carrots

Two Green Bell Peppers

One Onion

One Bunch of Cilantro

Chicken Broth or Chicken Bouillon


Begin by preparing the meat. Wash and remove the fat trimmings from the meat. Add spices to the meat. Set it aside. Wash and remove the seeds from the bell peppers. 

In one pot, add slices of bell peppers with sliced carrots, cilantro leaves, and cauliflower with water or chicken broth. In a skillet over medium heat, add slices of onions, garlic, and bell peppers with water. Then, place the meat onto the skillet. Cook everything until it is soft and tender. Turn off the stove when everything has been cooked. 

In one bowl, add the vegetables with the broth and the cooked meat. Add the cooked onions and bell peppers with the meat. Wash and slice the lemon to add the lemon juice to the vegetable beef soup.  This vegetable beef soup serves two or four people. Enjoy!
