at once. Have an open communication with him and do not laugh about his
feelings or health issues. Although some health issues might be confusing,
embarrassing, or uncomfortable to discuss; It is best to communicate in a calm
manner and listen to him to understand what he needs. Be honest with him so he
can be honest with you.

your fears, your doubts, and other feelings with him. Also be optimistic so he
can feel optimistic and comfortable in sharing his fears, his doubts, and his
feelings. Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, breathing
exercises, and walking meditation together. Give him space if it is necessary.

anxiety, heart health, cancer, and other health conditions that affect men to
your partner. Do not force him to tell you everything but be there to listen
and have compassion.
Do not have expectations about changing his eating habits and other habits all at once. Take things slowly and be expressive with your thoughts and your medical conditions with him.
