Why use Motivational Quotes at Work?

Sometimes, you may feel stressed out at work, depressed, or don’t feel motivated in working in a tense working environment. Therefore, you might want to read these motivational quotes in the morning to feel more inspired. The first quote is about butterflies because it reminded me of the changes that we go through at work. Just like a butterfly, we continue learning and keep moving on up in the work field.  I also found quotes about flowers.

I hope you will find these quotes useful before you go to work or during your lunch break. It may be hard at times to stay positive at work, especially, if you have problems with your coworkers. Therefore, it is best to stay motivated at work to reach your career goals. Here are more resources about motivational quotes.

What is Counting Meditation?

Counting Meditation helps you to concentrate more and makes you feel less distracted. You can count from one through one hundred. You can count backwards or forwards. It only takes about five or fifteen minutes to do this type of meditation. It can be done sitting down or laying down.

Another form of counting meditation is counting your thoughts. While taking deep breaths, count your thoughts silently while you remain sitting down or laying down.  You can keep track of how many thoughts come to your mind by using pebbles, cotton balls, or river rocks. This type of meditation will help you focus more and think more clearly. Here are more resources about counting meditation:
