Tai Chi Improves your Balance

Tai Chi improves your balance and prevents you from falling. There are several Tai Chi exercises that can strengthen your muscles, lower your blood pressure, and reduce your stress level. There are two Tai Chi moves that are great for your balance. One Tai Chi movement balances your legs and it is called the One-Leg balance. The other Tai Chi movement are Knee rolls.

One Tai Chi move are Knee rolls. Knee rolls improve your balance and it is great for the spine. Knee rolls are done on the floor. The more you practice; you will strengthen your back and your legs. It is a basic Tai Chi move.

Another move is having one leg up and trying to balance. The One-Leg balance helps you to develop strength on your legs and it improves your reflexes. This move prevents you from falling and prevents fractures. A good way to start the One-Leg balance is by using a chair. Take deep breaths and move slowly.

Tai Chi can be done at home or at your office. Tai Chi can be done with a chair or without a chair. Make sure your chair doesn’t spin and that it is stable. No matter where you practice Tai Chi, make sure you stay hydrated. Here are a few resources about Tai Chi.

Smiling for your Health

Smiling helps you lower your stress levels. When you smile, you send out endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine to your brain which boosts your brain activity.  These chemical changes in your brain make you feel positive, cheerful, and helps with creativity.  Smiling reduces pain, makes you more attractive, and makes you feel positive. Smiling is a brain booster and helps the brain to make more positive patterns and it lowers your blood pressure.

There are several ways to smile more. According to Matt Mcwilliams, smiling in the morning is beneficial for our health. It should be a habit to smile as soon as we wake up. One of my favorite tips from Matt Mcwilliams is to remind yourself to smile in the morning. In this way you can feel positive throughout the day.

Another way to smile more is by doing your favorite hobbies. By doing this you will notice a positive outlook for your self-esteem and for your immune system. Take a deep breath when you smile and set a reminder on your cell phone to smile more. Also, keep a smiling journal and this will help you to practice the art of smiling. Always remember that smiling is good for your immune system and emotional health.
