Banana Smoothie for Your Morning Routine


Banana smoothies are a great way to start your mornings. Bananas have potassium which is beneficial for cardiovascular health. It has fiber for digestion. Bananas have vitamin C and vitamin B6 for your immune system. It also gives you a natural boost in energy. 


Bananas have magnesium which calms the nerves and helps with anxiety. This banana smoothie has honey. Honey has antioxidants and has antibacterial properties. Honey is often recommended for sore throats. Here is the recipe for making this banana smoothie.


Ingredients:


2 Ripe Bananas

Lactaid Milk or Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of Turmeric
1 teaspoon of honey
Sugar (Optional)
