Egg Tacos with Beans
Egg tacos are easy to make
at home before going to work or to college. Using leftovers you can make an egg
taco with beans. This is a simple recipe with less ingredients for making your
tacos for breakfast or for brunch. You can add spicy sauce or salt, which is
optional. Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
One Big Roma Tomato
One Onion
Tortillas
One or Three Eggs
Leftover Refried Beans
Extra Virgin Olive Oil or
other Cooking Oil
One skillet
Spicy sauce (optional)
Salt (optional)
Radishes
Recipe:
Begin by putting the oil
in the skillet. Peel and slice onions. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Remove the
seeds of the tomatoes before slicing them into smaller pieces. Use two or three
eggs depending on the size of the eggs.
Also, you might need more
eggs and ingredients if you are serving breakfast tacos to four people. Cook
the sliced onions and sliced tomatoes in the skillet. Add the eggs and stir it
many times. After that, reheat the leftover retried beans. Once the eggs are
scrambled, warm up the tortillas.
Then add the beans to the
tortillas with the scrambled eggs. Next, add slices of radishes on the side.
Serve immediately. These tacos can be served with hot tea or other beverages.
Add spicy sauce or salt and enjoy your meal.
