Simple Techniques to Ease Stress in Five Minutes or Less (Guest Post)

For example, listening to music or a guided meditation can be seriously helpful, but that’s easiest to do if you have a playlist of relaxing tunes downloaded or a meditation app at the ready when you need it. Of course, a breathing exercise, going for a walk, or sitting down to journal are also excellent options, and they require little to know pre-planning.
