Changing your morning tea ritual can help you reduce your stress especially if you have time to write poetry. Writing poetry in the morning can be challenging but it can make you feel less stressed by drinking tea. Alternatively, you can have hot cocoa or other hot beverages in the morning. Begin by selecting one hot beverage before writing your poetry. Another way is to select seasonal flavors for your hot beverage.
