Chicken and Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are beneficial for having a healthy vision, strong bones, and the digestive system.  It has vitamin K, vitamin A, and vitamin C. This vegetable can be added to soups, as a side dish, and in salads. It is recommended to eat brussels sprouts once a week to get the necessary nutrients. Brussels sprouts can be a side dish for chicken, salmon, and turkey.

Brussels sprouts can also be sauteed with olive oil, pepper, and a pinch of salt. Pure Ground Pepper gives a thyroid boost. A considerably basic chicken recipe is making chicken with pure ground black pepper and Brussels sprouts. Also, you can use frozen Brussels sprouts to shorten your cooking time. Here is the recipe for making this delightful meal.

Ingredients:

1 Chicken Package
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
Pure Ground Black Pepper
Salt (Optional)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Saltine or Unsalted Crackers (Optional)

First, wash the chicken and remove the fat from the chicken. Second, rub pure ground black pepper and a little bit of salt on both sides of the chicken. The salt is optional especially if you need to reduce your salt intake. Wash and remove the seeds of the bell peppers. Slice the bell peppers. After that use one skillet and place the chicken with the bell peppers with water.

Once the chicken is soft, place the olive oil in another skillet. Then, slowly place the chicken inside the skillet with the olive oil. Cook the chicken in oil for a few minutes or until it is golden brown. Next, boil the Brussels sprouts or microwave one frozen bag of Brussels sprouts. These brussels sprouts were from a frozen bag.
