Self-Care Awareness Month
Self-care should be something you enjoy doing. By practicing self-care, you will give a healthy boost to your immune system. Taking care of your emotional and physical health will make you feel good about yourself. Self-care should be incorporated into your schedule. Self-care can be five minutes or one hour to help you relieve tension.
The more you practice self-care, you will have a better connection with others and with yourself. Self-care can consist of taking a bath, watching tv, finger painting, or exercise so you can balance work. When it comes to self-care, you should not feel guilty, worrisome, or feel that you are neglecting others.
