Creating a Family Emergency Contact List

Creating a family emergency list will help you feel less stressed out when you are going through an emotional, frightful, and unexpected event. An emergency list also comes in handy when the school asks for emergency contacts for your child. Emergency lists should be kept in a place where you can see it and where your child can find it quickly. Today, I have created three emergency contact list forms. Each emergency contact form is free and for your personal use.

Here are three emergency contact forms that you can print. You can write down all your emergency contacts and color it. The coloring part is optional. However, it will make it more visible if you color it and keep it on the refrigerator door or in your binder. You can also keep it inside your planner too. The first emergency contact form has waves. The second contact form has hearts. Last, the third contact form has flowers and swirls. You can also print it out in a bright color paper so it can grab your attention when you need to contact someone during an emergency.
