Ginger & Oregano Tilapia

Tilapia is a healthy and quick meal to do for lunch or dinner. It is not too tough to bite into. Consuming fish helps the cardiovascular system and nervous system. It has protein, omega 3's, and vitamin B12. You can serve tilapia with a small salad and with a vegetable on the side.

In this example, the tilapia is served with a spinach salad and with broccoli. However, you can choose any salad and vegetable substitute. The main spices in this meal are ginger and oregano. Ginger and oregano lower blood sugar levels. Garlic cloves were used to make it a heart-healthy meal.

Chia seeds were added to the salad because chia seeds have fiber. Chia seeds aid in weight loss and the digestive system. Also, chia seeds help manage sugar levels. Chia seeds dissolve in liquid and it was mixed with the olive oil and vinegar dressing. Here is the recipe for making this tilapia meal.

Fourth, place the tilapia in the skillet. Wash one or two lemons. Then, use a squeeze juicer to squeeze the lemons. Next, pour the lemon juice onto the bell peppers, onions, and tilapia. Remove the leaves from the stems of the cilantro.
