Relax with a Gel Eye Mask

Today is National Stress Awareness Day. One way I like to relax is by using a gel eye mask with beads. Relaxing with a gel eye mask helps your tired eyes to reduce puffiness and to reduce dark circles. When you apply a cold gel eye mask, the cold temperature diminishes the dilated vessels and the appearance of dark circles. It awakens you especially if you got fewer hours of sleep the night before.

Make sure the eye gel mask has an opening for your eyes and straps to fit the mask around your head. The second way, I like to relax is by doing a facial massage at home with a scrub or with a face lotion. Massaging around the eyes, forehead, and cheeks. Sometimes, I do a facial massage using a jade massage roller. Last, massaging the eyebrows and ears with my fingers makes me feel relaxed. Here are more resources about gel eye masks, dark circles, and National Stress Awareness Day.
