Exercising at home can be fun especially if you alternate your exercise routine with high intensity interval training (HIIT) for thirty minutes. However, you can exercise for ten to twenty minutes if you are beginner in doing high intensity exercises. Also, you can use equipment such as weights, a trampoline, jump rope, bicycles, treadmill, stepper fitness, or other exercise equipment. Always consult with your primary care physician before practicing HIIT exercises at home or at a gym. One way to begin HIIT exercises is by using a trampoline at home or outdoors.

Squats, jumping jacks, and single-leg kicks can be done on a trampolin. If it is the first time you use a trampoline, ensure the trampoline is set up in a safe area and a sturdy floor. Make sure nothing blocks the legs of the trampoline or makes it unstable before using it. Also, make an exercise music playlist ahead of time before exercising with the trampoline. Another tip is to use the trampoline for ten minutes and then rest from exercising.

Using a trampoline can be relaxing and can make you feel energized. You can do counting meditation and count each jump that you do on a trampoline.  Also, you can think about an emotion, a number, a letter from the alphabet, a shape, or a color as you exercise. Focus on your breathing as you think about a random item and jump slowly. Then jump quicker as you continue to focus on a number, an alphabet, shape, color, or random item.

Jumping and practice mindfulness or meditate as you land on a soft trampoline. Practice mindfulness as you do jumping jacks. Notice how your legs feel, how your feet, and back feels as you do jumping jacks on a trampoline. Stop exercising if you are out of breath, feel tired, or have low blood sugar symptoms. If you get a headache, feel dizzy, or get stomach aches; Consult with your primary doctor before doing high intensity interval training.

In addition to jumping jacks, you can do single-leg front kicks. If you have problems balancing on a trampoline, practice doing single-leg front kicks without the trampoline. Ensure you lift your arms up when doing single-leg front kicks. Another tip is to do balancing yoga poses before using the trampoline. It is necessary to stretch ahead of time especially if you want to exercise with a trampoline to avoid injuries.

Wear grip socks or go barefoot before exercising on a trampoline. As well as wearing comfortable clothes before exercising. Ensure your hair does not go in front of your face when you exercise. Do not wear jewelry and perfume before exercising. Always inspect and clean the trampoline before using it.

Do side stretches to strengthen your side abdominal. Planks, jumping, and squats can be done before using the trampoline. After that repeat the squats, planks, and jumps on the trampoline. Meditating while you do the movements and focus on your breathing. Jump or do other exercises on the trampoline as you think of something that you are grateful for.

Movement meditation can be practiced with a trampoline to help you sleep, relax, and improve your balance, improve your mood, or overall wellness. Start exercising slowly and exercise at your own pace until you feel comfortable using the trampoline. Yoga can also be done as you meditate and exercise on a trampoline. Lastly, practicing on a trampoline can help you to focus on listening to your body sensations and practice self-awareness for body positivity.
