Meditating in the Summer

According to John Lubbock, " Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer's day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time." In fact, meditating in the summer will help you relax and to slow down. Smelling the ocean breeze, seeing the ocean waves, and feeling the cold water will help you feel calm in those busy summer days. Therefore, finding some time to relax will help you enjoy your vacation. Listen to guided meditations and to water sounds which will make it easier to fall asleep in the summer nights.

In addition, you can meditate at the beach or at the park for three or five minutes. Find some time to do your favorite hobbies or summer activities. Also, you can meditate while you walk on the beach or at the park. Nonetheless, make sure you stay hydrated. Here are more resources about meditating in the summer.
