DIY Monogram Water Bottle (Tutorial)

Monograms have been fashionable over the years. In 350 B.C. monograms were used in coins. Later on, artisans painted monograms on their artworks.  Now, monograms can be found on coffee mugs, pillowcases, and jewelry. Usually, the monograms have one or three letters of your first name, middle name, or last name.

It also comes in different writing styles. This do it yourself painting project only takes a few minutes to do. After you are done painting, you can add a high gloss top coat of paint to protect the painted monogram.  These painted monogram water bottles can be given as a gift for Father's day or for any other occasion. Here are the instructions to make this monogram water bottle.

Materials:

2 Colors of Acrylic Paint
1 Letter stencil
1 Recyclable water bottle
1 High Gloss Topcoat for acrylic paint

Wash one water bottle. Then use a circle stencil or a paper circle to paint the circle onto the bottle. Next, wait for the paint to dry. After that paint another circle or outline the circle with a different color of acrylic paint. Wait for the paint to dry.

Using a letter stencil, paint one letter onto the middle of the circle. Wait for the paint to dry. Last, add more paint to outline the circle or paint dots on top of the circle. Then, wait for the paint to dry. Last, add a top coat of paint and wait for it to dry. Have fun painting!
