Sesame Seed Bagel and Salmon Breakfast


Making breakfast can be challenging especially if you have less time to prepare it. However, adding fiber and protein in the morning can help you feel full until you have lunch. Salmon can be made for a quick breakfast with hot coffee or black tea. Also, you can add seeds such as sesame seeds. Before consuming sesame seeds, consult with your primary doctor if you are allergic to seeds and nuts.


Sesame seeds have fiber and help lower cholesterol. It also has calcium which is good for your bones. These seeds can be found in bread, bagels, and other foods. Also, it can be found in salad dressings and marinades. Yet these seeds come in a variety of colors such as black, brown, white, tan, and red. 


It can help the cardiovascular system and help with blood pressure. These seeds are not recommended if you have gout. Avoid sesame seeds if you are pregnant. Nevertheless, it is recommended to eat sesame seeds in moderation. Sesame seeds can help lower and control sugar levels.


When cooking with sesame seeds, you can make a marinade or a salad dressing to add more texture to your meal. Sesame seeds can be toasted to give a nutty flavor to salads. Ingredients:


Sesame seed bagels

Smoked Salmon 

Tomatoes 

Cream cheese 

Avocados


Preparation: 


Slice one sesame seed bagel in half. Add cream cheese or a plant-based cream cheese to the bagel. Then add slices of smoked salmon. Next, wash the tomatoes and slice the tomatoes. After that add slices of tomatoes on top of the smoked salmon.
