Kale Salad and Beef Recipe (Valentine's Day Dinner 2025)

Dried Parsley Leaf Flakes 

Dill Weed

Tarragon 

One Onion

One Lemon

Sweet Bell Peppers

One Package of Boneless Beef

Kale 

Cheese

Mixed Nuts and Cranberries (Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Walnuts, and Almonds)

Cucumbers

Mushrooms or One Can of Mushrooms


Recipe: 

Begin by adding the spices to the boneless beef. The following spices were used: Garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, curry powder, cardamom, nutmeg, dill weed, tarragon, and parsley. After that add slices of onions, bell peppers, and the beef in one skillet with water. Then, continue cooking the beef for fifteen to thirty minutes and add lemon juice. Next, add the mushrooms. 

While the beef is cooking, you can make the kale salad by adding kale, slices of cucumber, cheese, cranberries, and mixed nuts. Then, serve the salad with the beef. Add Italian salad dressing or vinaigrette to the salad. Refrigerate the leftover beef and the salad separately. Happy Valentine’s Day.
