Self-love can be practiced with Tai Chi postures as you do the slow movements. Each tai chi posture makes you dance, meditate, and move skillfully. Also, each posture makes you aware of yourself and practice self-compassion. Tai Chi begins with standing positions that become the basic postures for practicing it. Additionally, these postures can help with balance, flexibility, and strengthen your muscles. 

The postures continue in a sequence and make you flow or glide onto the next movements without pausing quickly. As you practice each posture, your movements feel graceful and dance naturally as you listen to the music. Nonetheless, if you are beginning to learn Tai Chi, you can learn approximately twenty-four postures in a class or online videos. Always concentrate on your breathing and in making Tai Chi circles. Last, the more you practice Tai Chi, your emotions can be released and balanced as you do your postures. 

It is mind and body meditation with movement that makes you focus on your emotions and let go of negative emotions. Self-acceptance, self-awareness, and self-love can all be practiced with Tai Chi since it helps you feel peaceful, energetic, and balances your emotions. Postures such as Wave Hands Like Clouds, White Crane Spreads Wings, and Golden Rooster Stands on One Leg can help with balance and strength. Also, you can practice visual meditation as you practice the tai chi postures for the five elements. The five elements are fire, earth, water, metal, and wood. 

Visualize yourself as a crane, a tree, or other form of tai chi postures. Then, practice the Embrace Tree Posture for self-love and self-awareness. Hug a tree posture and stand like a tree or embrace moon at chest posture. Practicing loving-kindness meditation before practicing Tai Chi can help you love yourself and others. Observe your spinal alignment, hand gestures, and your body movements as you practice Tai Chi. 

Concentrate on your breathing and let your body to relax. Tai Chi can be done with a chair and can be practiced in the late afternoon or early evening. If there is good weather, you can practice outside and feel connected with nature. Use a chair to practice Tai Chi in the morning and deep breathing. This can help improve your mood and feel less nervous. 

Be patient as you learn the various postures. There are about one hundred and eight postures in Tai Chi. Furthermore, there is a short form and a long form of doing the postures.
